1.It is a the newest test bench we design to test the performance of the turobchargers, it adopts advanced PLC touch screen computer to control the test process, and display the test results and curves timely. Soft keyboard inside, it can number, store and follow up the test results, and print the test results and curves with a printer. It can make a comprehensive dynamic test and data record to the turbochargers.
2.This test bench can use air flow generator to drive the turbocharger run, or use bigger power screw compressor to drive the turbocharger and reach higher speed.
3.This test bench can do high speed test to the turbocharger, and make it simulate the running state on the vehicle, the speed can reach one hundred fifty thousand RPM ( it depends on the types of the turbocharger), it uses high-precision sensors, simulate the turbocharger working state on the vehicle, and observe the performance of the turbocharger by reading the datas, it can control the lubrication oil temperature.
4.It can control the air inflow of the turbocharger to control the speed, flow and pressure of the turbochargers.
5.This test bench is with electromagnetism quick clamping, it is convenient to install and dismounting from the test bench.
6.It adopts metal water-proof buttons, indicators, it is safe and durable.
